Q. How are the items I order delivered?
A. After you order an item(s), you will receive a confirmation of your order by email, so make sure your preferred email address is the one you put on the order.
Items you order can be picked up on campus or shipped to the address you specify on the order form.
Q. How long does it take to receive my order?
A. After you submit your order, our fulfillment team automatically receives a notification. We currently fill orders for in-stock items at least once a week. Some items require additional time for production, which is noted in the item description. You will receive an email notification when your item is shipped or ready for pick-up. If a tracking number is available, we will include it in the notification.
Q. What payment options are available?
A. CUKC accepts credit card and PayPal orders.
Q. I’m not sure of the size I need. Is there a size chart available?
A. Yes, general sizing guides are available on the website. Please see the item descriptions for details.
Q. What’s your return policy?
A. To protect our employees and customers from any additional risk during the pandemic, Shop.Cleveland.edu is not accepting merchandise returns or exchanges until further notice. Please use the sizing charts and reference all available product information to determine which purchases are right for you. Once a product has left our inventory, we cannot accept it back or offer a refund. Thank you for your understanding.
Q. What if I don’t see the CUKC items I want online?
A. All items that are available for order are included on the CUKC E-Commerce website at www.shopcleveland.edu. If you don’t see an item you’d like, it’s because that item is not currently in stock.

Q. How are prices determined?
A. Cleveland University-Kansas City seeks to provide the lowest possible price available while providing high-quality merchandise. As a small, private, non-profit university, we order products in lower quantities than for-profit businesses, so our vendor discounts are not that of larger organizations or institutions. Prices include production, shipping, handling, and tax as applicable.
Q. Who makes the CUKC items shown on the website?
A. There are multiple manufacturers of items on our website. The manufacturer and available material details provided by the manufacturer are listed in the product descriptions.
Q. I have a design or product suggestion. How do I share my ideas?
A. If you are a member of the CUKC community and have a graphic design or product suggestion to offer, please email custsvc@cleveland.edu.
Q. I’m with a CUKC club or an affiliated group, and we’d like to have t-shirts or other CUKC logo items designed. May we use the CUKC name and/or logo?
A. The CUKC name, logo, and brand may only be used with prior approval in writing from the University’s marketing communications office. Clubs and groups wishing to use the CUKC brand identity on any items must first reach out to the office of student affairs at CUKC and receive a referral to the marketing communications office for assistance. Plan on at least two months for the approval and design process before an approved item enters production.
Legal action may be pursued against any person or entity using the University’s name, brand, logo, or likeness without authorization.
Q. Do you sell or rent textbooks and school supplies on this website?
A. CUKC works with e-campus to offer students textbooks, textbook rentals, and other school-related supplies. Please visit https://cleveland.ecampus.com/.
Q. Where can I order my CUKC white coat or scrubs?
A. Students who have earned their CUKC white coats or scrubs can contact student services for assistance with these items.
Q. Do you sell CUKC event or milestone photos?
A. No, CUKC typically emails students photos from special events and milestone moments. We do not sell photos. In some cases, our vendor partners offer portraits. Please contact student services to inquire about your portrait or other similar photos.
Q. Where do I find diploma frames and other items for graduation?
A. Students in their last term at CUKC will receive information from student services about ordering graduation invitations and other related items. Students and their families can find diploma frames and other similar items available for purchase at https://www.diplomaframe.com/cdkc.
Q. I’m a vendor. How do I get my products in your e-store?
A. At this time, CUKC is not accepting proposals from outside vendors.
Q. Are my transactions secure?
A. Yes, we use a secured website to protect your transactions and personal information.
Q. What do you do with my personal information?
A. CUKC does not share or sell customer information. Your information is retained to fulfill orders and to offer you product suggestions.
Q. Is your shop ever closed?
A. The shop is operated by individuals on the CUKC campus. Every December, our shop closes for approximately two weeks while the University is on Winter Break. The shop reopens when students return to campus in January. Any orders received while the shop is closed at year-end will be processed at the beginning of the year when the new term begins. We recommend placing all year-end and holiday orders by December 15.
